Tony Suggs leads a “Boxercise” class in the Charles Houston Recreation Center on Monday and Wednesday evenings. Boxercise is an exercise class based on the training concepts boxers use to keep fit. Participants learn how to shadow-box, hit pads and punching bags. Included also is some cardio and ab work. Boxercise is for individuals 13 and older. This class does not involves the physical hitting of an opponent; it is a fun, challenging and safe workout.
